I provide services you can reasonably expect to be done by one person, e.g., fixing drywall or drywalling a room vs a complete 2 story house.

Instead of calling three different trades people, combine your tasks in one visit. E.g, fix a leaking toilet, add a backsplash in the kitchen and build a custom raised garden bed in the garden. I do it all. And I do it well.

Informing you on estimated arrival times when on the way or describing all the next steps in your project is not another service, it is natural to me.
I provide a 12 month warranty on my services. Please see "Service Agreeement" in the Documents page for details.
